Welcome to Really Technical where consumers can purchase computers
and other electronic equipment at prices similar to those paid by your dealer or electrical store. So why pay
more?
To be able to give you these prices, we pass on only the basic
manufacturer warranty with no customer support whatsoever. To comply with U.K. consumer legislation, we can
only sell these products to you in conjunction with a dealer supplied support and service
contract.
So in order to make a purchase, you need to visit the Really
Technical associate (RTA) in your area. Your RTA will discuss with you the suitability of the equipment to
your purposes and the additional services provided. These services will be payable separately by you to
the RTA.
Any problem with your purchase should be referred directly to the
RTA from whom you have purchased the support contract as Really Technical have no servicing facilities. In
particular, do not return any equipment to Really Technical as this will incur a minimum £50 processing and
handling charge.
N.B. Really Technical
will not accept any customer purchase unless this is accompanied by an invoice to the customer from the RTA
documenting the services to be provided by the RTA in supporting the equipment and its
warranties.
The Really Technical Guarantee
Payments made to Really Technical will be used to purchase the
equipment ordered. If the equipment is not available, the supplier has increased the price or a suitable
alternative cannot be agreed with the RTA, Really Technical will process a full refund of the
equipment purchase price as soon as is practicable.
